Bob, after surveying the market conditions, has launched a brand new marketing strategy to beat the slowdown blues and has kickstarted growth by promoting his ‘purpose-inspired-growth’ strategy that focuses on P&G’s culture and values. Bob hopes to integrate leadership and value-creation for stakeholders. And this, according to him, can be achieved by a radical change in the thinking of the employees by truly adopting the values of change. Now that’s what you call the power of change - a positive change, of course!
