It is disgust­ingly shameful that nearly $240,000 of the taxpayers’ hard earned money was of­fered to Armstrong Williams and a public relations company, to goad the program of Bush’s education department. Those very taxpayers are now exposed to more pollution, saddled with more unemploy­ment and are living in an environment of soaring deficits and reduced public spending….
